Im start discribing my hardware and software that i use, I have an I7 notebook computer with Windows 7 Home Edition. But does not work in the computer when traveling mouse. Windows 8.1 32-bit only Mouse and Keyboard Center 11. If i can't figure this out or if AMD does not release a new bios soon to fix this ( the newest BIOS for this AMD chipset is January 2013) i am going to pack the whole **bleep** thing back up and ship it back to HP before i explode. All other PCs and laptops that are 8.1, these same wireless mice work fine. the only difference between teh machince where these mice work and this PC is this is the ONLY AMD based Windows 8.1 machine i have. same behavior in all ports - wireless mouse is erratic, no matter whicn mouse i use, or what brand of wireless mouse i try. I have tried the receivers in every single port - 6 in back and 2 in the front, some USB 3 some USB 2. So any recommendations on resolving this sporadic, erratic behavior with wireless mice?

They work ok for a while, then they start be behave erratic. I have tried multiple wireless mice - Microsoft 3000, Microsoft 3500, Microsoft 4000, Logictech 315Īll wireless mice exhibit the same behavior HP Pavilion p7-1451 Desktop - all wireless mice behave erratically.
